As Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Tourism, our online journal Journal of Travel and Tourism Research (JTTR), which we publish every six months, accepts all studies covering the field of tourism.

During the peer review process, two referees who are appropriate for the submitted field of study are asked to review the work.

The editorial review process begins after ensuring that the work presents new research and is submitted only to JTTR.

AUTHOR INFORMATION (NAME, SURNAME, TITLE, INSTITUTION, E-MAIL, ORCID and WHETHER IT WAS PRODUCED FROM A THESIS, PRESENTED AS A PAPER, ETC.) MUST BE INDICATED IN A SEPARATE WORD FILE

Two peer reviewers, recognized in the field, will be asked to review the paper. The review period for submissions sent to peer reviewers is two months. We do not accept duplicate submissions, submissions of previously published work, or “data slicing,” that is, papers that represent only marginal improvements on the authors’ previous work. Because the editorial review process can be time-consuming, approval will not be given until we are satisfied that a paper presents new research and is designed for JTTR.
